RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
At WooDerma, your satisfaction is our utmost priority. If you are ever unsatisfied with our product, you have the option to return any opened or unopened items within thirty (30) days for a full or partial refund of the order amount. Before initiating the return process, please keep the following guidelines in mind:
- Contact our customer support to begin the return process.
- You should return the item(s) back to us within 30 days of your purchase date.
- Ensure your full name and order number are included on the package.
- If your purchase included any gift items, please return them along with the products you wish to return. The value of any missing gift items will be deducted from your refund.
- Please note that regardless of the shipping type, including free shipping eligibility, handling and shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee does not apply to products purchased from unauthorized sellers.
- If an item is missing or damaged upon delivery, kindly report it within the first 48 hours of receiving the package to request a replacement or refund. Regrettably, we cannot process replacements or refunds beyond this timeframe.
If you opt for a refund, the full price of the product, including delivery costs, will be refunded to you. Should you prefer a replacement, and if the original shipment requires return, we will provide a free return postage label. - Please ensure that you only ship back sealed/unused items for a full refund of the purchase price. If you do not have any sealed/unused bottles available, you do not need to return any items. In that case, your refund will be issued with a restocking fee deducted.
- For sealed/unused items returned, we will refund the purchase price, minus any applicable shipping charges. However, for unsealed/used items, a 15% restocking fee will also be applied.
- A free return label will only be issued for orders received damaged or cancelled within 48 hours of the purchase date.
- If you require a return label, we can send you a paid return label at the lowest cost possible. Alternatively, you can ship the items to us using your desired courier service.
- Please don’t forget to send us the tracking information for the returned package.
- We will issue the refund within 7 days of receiving your return.
- We will issue the refund to the original payment method used for the order. Please be aware that refunds cannot be processed to any alternative payment method.
- You can expect to see the refund reflected on your statement in the subsequent billing cycle. Please note that returns processed after the Holiday Season may require additional processing time
- Orders placed for resale purposes are not eligible for refunds. Once products have shipped, cancellations or refunds will not be processed.
